Community fundraising where every euro is itemised
Availability: Cagnz currently works in France and in euros. The site itself (sign-up, campaigns, payments) is in French. Lire cette page en français
Cagnz is a French fundraising platform. Anyone can start a fundraiser for a project of their own (a trip, a laptop, a vehicle, studies), and anyone can give to other people's, from €0.50. Before each payment, Cagnz shows where every euro goes: payment fees, Cagnz's share, and what reaches the fundraiser.
What makes it different
- Fundraisers help each other. To publish a public fundraiser, its creator pays a small publication fee. After fees, that money goes to another active fundraiser, so each new one moves an existing one forward. Read the concept.
- Full transparency. The amount a fundraiser shows is the amount it actually receives, never the gross amount paid.
- Small gifts welcome. Contributions start at €0.50, and you do not need an account to give.
How it works in short
- Write a free draft: title, description, category and goal.
- Activate your payment account with Stripe, which checks your identity.
- Publish (at least €2), then share your link once the team has reviewed it.
The details are on How Cagnz works.
Try it
The platform is in French for now. You can already browse the fundraisers (in French) or start your own, if you are in France and can be paid in euros.
